If you fill in the delivery-team form, your answers are texted to the sarekooche operator and are not stored anywhere else.

To sign you in with a one-time code, keep your basket across your devices, and shop for and deliver your orders. We text you only to sign you in or about your order.

There is no advertising and no tracking, and your information is never sold.

پیامک‌ها از طریق سرویس پیامک ما (AWS یا Twilio) و ایمیل‌ها از طریق Resend فرستاده می‌شوند. داده‌ها روی سرورهای میزبان ما نگه‌داری می‌شوند. فروشگاه‌هایی که سفارش شما از آن‌ها خریده می‌شود فقط قلم‌های سفارش را می‌بینند.

Texts go through our SMS provider (AWS or Twilio) and emails through Resend. The data lives on our hosting provider's servers. The stores your order is bought from see only the items on it.

پرداخت‌ها (Apple Pay، Google Pay یا کارت) را Stripe انجام می‌دهد. شمارهٔ کارت شما مستقیم به Stripe می‌رود و سرکوچه هرگز آن را نمی‌بیند یا نگه نمی‌دارد؛ ما فقط مبلغ و وضعیت پرداخت را می‌بینیم.

Payments (Apple Pay, Google Pay or a card) are processed by Stripe. Your card number goes straight to Stripe; sarekooche never sees or stores it — we see only the amount and whether it was paid.

در اپ سرکوچه، از صفحهٔ «حساب» کلید «حذف حساب» را بزنید. حساب همان لحظه بسته می‌شود و اطلاعات آن ظرف هفت روز پاک می‌شود؛ رسید سفارش‌های پرداخت‌شده فقط تا جایی که قانون می‌خواهد نگه داشته می‌شود.

In the sarekooche app, open «Account» and press «Delete my account». The account is closed at once and its data erased within seven days; receipts for paid orders are kept only as long as the law requires.
