About an order

شمارهٔ چهاررقمی سفارش را بنویسید یا بگویید. وضعیت سفارش همیشه در «حساب شما» زیر «سفارش فعال شما» هم دیده می‌شود.

Tell us the four-digit order number. You can also always see an order's status under «Your active order» in your account.

پرداخت

Payments

روی کارت شما فقط مبلغ تأییدشده نگه داشته می‌شود و پس از خرید، بر اساس رسید فروشگاه‌ها برداشت می‌شود — هرگز بیشتر از آن. برای هر پرسش یا بازپرداخت با ما تماس بگیرید.

Only the approved total is held on your card, and after shopping you're charged from the store receipts — never more. Contact us about any charge or refund.
